Returns

PERSONALISED ITEMS 

Sadly we will not be able to offer returns for personalised items unless damaged upon arrival, in which case please see below. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, send photos of damage to truefairytalesandco@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item/s. We will either refund or send a replacement free of charge, if we feel the item(s) damaged.

ALL OTHER RETURNS

For all Original items we offer 30 days from the date you receive your order for a Refund or Exchange.

Please return your item(s) in the condition you received them as we will be unable to refund or exchange items that we receive in an unsaleable condition.

We will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we do not carry prints in stock, there is a 20% re-stocking fee for prints. There are No returns on sale / discounted items.

To start a return, you can contact us at truefairytalesandco@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and

where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that until we receive the item, we hold no responsibility for the item/s. You can always contact us for any return
